LBL Administrative Office and Golden Pond Visitor Center Change to Holiday Schedule

Land Between the Lakes - LBLGolden Pond, KY – The Golden Pond Visitor Center and Administrative Office at Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area will have modified hours during the 2014 holiday season.

The Elk & Bison Prairie, Wranglers Campground, and Turkey Bay OHV Area & Trails remain open during the holidays.

Golden Pond Visitor Center:

  • Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24th, Open 9:00am-3:00pm
  • Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25th, Closed
  • December 26th, Closed (Executive Order closing Federal Government offices)
  • New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31st, Open 9:00am-3:00pm
  • New Year’s Day, Thursday, January 1st, 2015, Closed

Administrative Office:

  • Christmas Day, Thursday, December 25th, Closed
  • December 26th, Closed (Executive Order closing Federal Government offices)
  • New Year’s Day, Thursday, January 1st, 2015, Closed
