Enjoy Food, Friends and Family at Eight Tennessee State Parks this Easter Sunday
Nashville, TN – Join Tennessee State Parks this Easter Sunday – combining great food with the great outdoors – and the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends.
All eight Tennessee State Parks restaurants will be open on Sunday, April 8th, 2012, serving a traditional Easter Sunday Buffet. Buffet selections and prices will vary from $12.95 to $15.95. Price does not include drink, tax or gratuity. Special prices for kids and seniors over 62 also are available.

Consumers Union Urges FDA to Limit Sodium Levels in Food
Washington, D.C. – When it comes to sodium levels in food, consumers are asking the food industry for just a pinch. Nearly 7,000 consumers joined Consumers Union, the policy and advocacy division of Consumer Reports, in a recent petition supporting regulatory efforts to set national, industry-wide targets to reduce sodium in processed and restaurant foods. Tennessee State Park officials are pleased to announce that all eight state park restaurants will be open Thursday, November 25th, serving their annual Thanksgiving Day feast. Thanksgiving turkey and all the traditional trimmings, along with an assortment of desserts, will be available beginning at 11:00am until closing at state park restaurants across Tennessee.
