LBL announces Administrative Office and Golden Pond Visitor Center Holiday Schedule
Golden Pond, KY – The Golden Pond Visitor Center at Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area will open at 9:00am and close at 3:00pm on Christmas Eve, December 24th, and remain closed on Christmas Day, December 25th.
The Administrative Office will be closed Christmas Day. The Golden Pond Visitor Center will open at 9:00am and close at 3:00pm on New Year’s Eve, December 31st, and remain closed New Year’s Day, January 1st.

The Elk & Bison Prairie, Wranglers Campground, and Turkey Bay OHV Area & Trails will remain open during the holidays. “Call Before You Haul” (270.924.2000) or visit www.lbl.org and click on Alerts & Notices to check for any trail closures due to excessive wet weather conditions.
Come Outside and Play at Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area, managed by the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Land Between The Lakes provides outdoor recreation, lake access, and environmental education for the public to enjoy.
