Experience Spring Break Week at LBL’s Nature Station

Land Between the Lakes - LBLGolden Pond, KY – Are you looking for something to do with the children over spring break?

Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area offers a variety of exciting events for all ages during Spring Break Week March 31st-April 4th, at Woodlands Nature Station.

“Come out and enjoy Nature Station’s wildlife programs and outdoor activities,” said Carrie Szwed, Public Programs Coordinator for Nature Station. “These programs offer family outdoor adventure while providing valuable learning experiences.”

In addition to regularly scheduled daily programs, additional programs at 1:00pm will be offered Monday, March 31st–Friday, April 4th, during Spring Break Week:

Monday X-Men of the Wild
Tuesday April Fools’ Animals
Wednesday The Voice: Canine Edition
Thursday Nature’s Ninjas
Friday “Life Under Logs” Hike

 

Purchase an LBL Fun Card this spring for discounted general admissions to our day-use facilities. Fun Cards with 10 visits cost $35.00 and can be used at Nature Station, The Homeplace, and Golden Pond Planetarium in any combination of visits.

Come Outside and Play at Land Between The Lakes National Recreation Area, managed by the Forest Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture. Land Between The Lakes provides outdoor recreation, lake access, and environmental education for the public to enjoy.
