AAA says Don’t Be Left on the Ground without a REAL ID

Nashville, TN – As consumers make travel plans for 2020, AAA is reminding them about another consideration: as of October 1st, 2020, they will likely need to present a different form of identification to board a domestic flight.
Beginning in October 2020, the accepted forms of identification for boarding domestic flights or for entering most federal facilities will be a current passport, passport card, military ID, or REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license.
Adult Travelers will need a REAL ID or Passport for Domestic Flights by October 1st, 2020. (AAA)

Nashville, TN – As the largest holiday shopping event of the year approaches, the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s Identity Crimes Unit warns consumers to beware of identity theft during the celebratory season.
Identity theft is the fastest growing crime in America. Last year, for the 12th consecutive year, identity theft led the list of consumer complaints to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
