TBI arrests David Anderson for Shooting Death of Carroll County Man

Jackson, TN – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), working alongside investigators from the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, have arrested and charged a Yuma man in connection to the death of his neighbor.
On Friday, at the request of 24th District Attorney General Matthew Stowe, TBI Agents joined the investigation into the apparent shooting death of Ben Cole Birdwell, shortly after authorities found the body of the 64-year-old on a railroad easement near his School House Road property.
TBI Indicts Three People Accused of Abuse of a Corpse in Death Investigation of Henry County Woman

Jackson, TN – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, working in cooperation with the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, and the Puryear Police Department, have obtained indictments for three individuals accused of abusing a corpse.
At the request of 24th District Attorney General Matthew Stowe, TBI Agents joined the investigation into the death of a woman identified as 20-year-old Emily Webb, found in her car July 10th along Blood River Church Road.
TBI casework yields Indictment, Murder Charge in Hardin County Investigation

Jackson, TN – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have obtained an indictment for a Selmer man accused in connection to the homicide of a Shiloh man earlier this year.
At the request of 24th District Attorney General Matthew Stowe, TBI Agents began investigating the death of Sidney Layne Burks on May 5th, a day after authorities from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department found the body of the 55-year-old in his Pratt Lane home.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation arrests, charges Paris Tennessee Police Officer in Infant Son’s Death

Jackson, TN – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation have arrested and charged a police officer from the Paris, Tennessee Police Department in connection to the death of his infant son earlier this month.
On September 2nd, at the request of 24th District Attorney General Matthew Stowe, TBI Special Agents began investigating the cause of life-threatening injuries sustained by almost three-month-old Gunner Page at his family’s home in Puryear.
