While this would make it easier for Americans to vacation in Europe without quarantining, each of the 27 member states may have different testing and vaccination requirements for inbound travelers.
Tennessee Department of Health announces changes to COVID-19 Testing Schedule

Nashville, TN – Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) COVID-19 Coronavirus testing sites across the state will begin offering self-testing kits to adults three days a week December 21st, to allow staff members to transition to vaccination of frontline health care providers and first responders. Local county health departments will continue to offer COVID-19 Coronavirus testing five days a week at no charge for anyone who wishes to be tested.

The Lucira COVID-19 All-In-One Test Kit is a molecular (real-time loop mediated amplification reaction) single use test that is intended to detect the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 Coronavirus.
Tennessee’s Community Colleges launch Fall Semester with a focus on Health, Safety

Nashville, TN – Tennessee’s community colleges are welcoming students back for fall semester, in a variety of class modalities and with a focus on keeping them healthy and safe as they continue their studies.
Eleven of the 13 community colleges start fall classes Monday (August 24th, 2020). Northeast State and Roane State community colleges began classes this past week.
