Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation’s Conservation Raffle has UTV, Rifles packages

Nashville, TN – A Tracker UTV, a precision long-range shooting package, and a Tennessee Henry rifle are among the prizes being offered in the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Foundation (TWRF) 2021 Conservation Raffle. Ten prize packages, plus an additional 100 prizes will be awarded in the raffle.
This year’s raffle is highlighted by a $50,000 voucher which can be applied to a new Ford vehicle from any Mid-South Ford dealership.

The Tracker Pro Team 175 TF is a boat that helps anglers adapt to a variety of fishing situations. Features include three-across bow seat positions, dual live wells, and a recessed front deck level. Like all Tracker boats, the 175 TF comes outfitted with a Mercury outboard, Minn Kota Trolling motor, and Lowrance fishfinder.

Buchanan, TN – On Saturday, May 14th, the 22nd annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament was held on Kentucky Lake. Boats launched from Paris Landing State Park at 6:00am. There were 187 boats competing for $12,000 in prize money.
Although the forecast was for a clear, sunny day, the start of the tournament was anything but. Clouds rolled in, the wind kicked up making for a cold morning with a lot of chop on the water. As the day went on, the clouds departed and the sunny weather promised presented itself.
Husband/wife team of Frank and Connie Fisher from Clarksville came in First Place at 21st Annual APSU Governors Bass Tournament.

Clarksville, TN – The 21st annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament will be held 6:00am, Saturday, at Kentucky Lake, with registration and boat launching from Paris Landing, Tenn., State Park.
Twelve thousand dollars in prize money will be awarded with a guaranteed first-place prize of $5,000. Second-place is guaranteed $1,500. Third and fourth-place will receive $1,000 and $600, respectively. The top 25 places will receive prizes.

Clarksville, TN – The 20th annual Austin Peay State University Governors Bass Tournament is just a week away.
This year’s edition, which will be held Saturday, May 10th, at Kentucky Lake, with registration and boat launching from Paris Landing, Tennessee, State Park, promises to be more accessible for entrants and families alike.
Last May entrants were forced to use the back entrance because of flooding. Despite that obstacle, the tourney drew 282 boats — 14 more than in 2012.
