Martha White\u00ae<br \/>\nChocolate Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix<br \/>\n2 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream<br \/>\n1\/2 cup milk<br \/>\n12 miniature peanut butter cups, unwrapped<\/p>\n<p><strong>Frosting<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/4 cup creamy peanut butter<br \/>\n1\/4 cup butter or margarine, softened<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cups confectioners&#8217; sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon vanilla<br \/>\n2 to 3 tablespoons milk<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat oven to 350\u00b0 F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In large bowl, combine all cupcake ingredients, except peanut butter cups. Stir just until blended. Fill muffin cups about 3\/4 full. Press peanut butter cup into center until even with batter.<\/li>\n<li>Bake at 350\u00b0 F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until edge of cupcake springs back when lightly touched.<\/li>\n<li>Cool in pan 10 minutes; place on wire rack; cool completely.
