Trump declared that a major disaster exists in the State of Tennessee and ordered Federal assistance to supplement State and local recovery efforts in the areas affected by a severe storm and straight-line winds on October 26th, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Federal funding is available to State and eligible local governments and certain private nonprofit organizations on a cost-sharing basis for emergency work and the repair or replacement of facilities damaged by the severe storm and straight-line winds in Benton County, Decatur County, Hardin County, Henderson County, Houston County, Humphreys County, McNairy County, Montgomery County, Perry County, and Wayne County.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_468653\" style=\"width: 490px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/U.S.-President-Donald-J.-Trump.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-468653\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-468653\" title=\"U.S. President Donald J. Trump<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Federal funding is also available on a cost-sharing basis for hazard mitigation measures statewide.<\/p>\n<p>Pete Gaynor, Acting Administrator, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland Security, named Manny J.
