Starting November 25th, Planetarium visitors will experience vivid laser lights set to holiday music and other holiday shows digitally projected on a 40-foot dome. Winter months offer the best chance to view elk, as the colder and shorter days draw them out later in the morning and earlier in the afternoon to feed.<\/p>\n<p>Campers will find <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/camping\/backcountry\/\" >self-service fee camping areas<\/a> and all <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/camping\/backcountry\/\" >basic camping facilities<\/a> (Backcountry Camping) open throughout the winter. <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/camping\/wranglers-campground\/\" >Wranglers Campground<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/trails\/turkey-bay\/\" >Turkey Bay Off-Highway Vehicle Area<\/a>, as well as <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/trails\/hike-bike-trails\/\" >hiking and biking trails<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.landbetweenthelakes.us\/seendo\/outdoor-rec\/target-shooting\/\" >Golden Pond Target Range<\/a>, will also remain open throughout the winter unless inclement weather causes temporary closures for visitor safety.
