Employers need workers and the Jobs4TN site is the best source for jobseekers to find jobs,\u201d said TDLWD Commissioner Burns Phillips.<\/p>\n<p>Middle Tennessee recorded 96,503 openings, almost half the total job openings for the state. West Tennessee had just over 60,000 openings and East Tennessee reported 42,000 job openings.<\/p>\n<p>The occupations represented by these openings include health care related, computer and mathematical occupations, management positions, sales jobs, transportation occupations, business and finance, food preparation and serving jobs, personal care, building\/grounds cleaning and maintenance jobs.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Tennessee-Job-Openings-by-Occupation-for-All-Major-Groups.jpg\"  class=\"thickbox no_icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-346078\" title=\"Tennessee Job Openings by Occupation for All Major Groups\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clarksvilleonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Tennessee-Job-Openings-by-Occupation-for-All-Major-Groups-480x218.jpg\" alt=\"Tennessee Job Openings by Occupation for All Major Groups\" width=\"480\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There are a variety of job openings across the state, representing a wide range of educational and skill level requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Jobs4TN.gov was initiated by Governor Bill Haslam to help Tennesseans streamline the process of finding a new career.
