Tennessee Department of Health reports 9,778 new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus in Tennessee, December 13th, 2020

Tennessee Department of HealthNashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) reports that there have been 412,568 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus as of Sunday, December 13th, 2020. That is an increase of 9,778 cases from Saturday’s 402,790. There have been 4,902 (+53) confirmed deaths in Tennessee because of the virus.

There have been   F O R T Y   T H R E E   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Henry County. The total is at 1,907. There has been twenty six deaths in Henry County due to the virus. T H I R T E E N   new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Stewart County. The total of cases in Stewart County is 707. There has been nineteen (+1) deaths in Stewart County due to the virus.

O N E   H UN D R E D  F I F T Y   S I X   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Robertson County. The total is at 4,879. There have been sixty four (+1) deaths in Robertson County due to the virus. There have been   S I X T Y   T W O    new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Cheatham County. The total is at 2,066. There has been eighteen deaths in Cheatham County due to the virus.

There have been   E I G H T Y   E I G H T   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Dickson County. The total in Dickson County is at 3,590. There has been forty seven (+1) deaths in Dickson County because of the virus.

E I G H T   new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Houston County. The total in Houston County is 675. There has been twenty one deaths in Houston County due to the virus. There have been   F O U R T E E N  new cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Benton County. The total is at 1,003. There has been twenty two deaths in Benton County due to the virus.

There have been   E I G H T E E N   new case of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Humphreys County. The total is at 901. There has been eight deaths in Humphreys County due to the virus.

F I F T Y   O N E   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Carroll County. The total in Carroll County is 2,216. There have been thirty nine (+1) deaths in Carroll County due to the virus.

There have been   T W O   H U N D R E D  T W E N T Y   T H R E E   new cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus reported in Montgomery County. The total is at 8,490. Thirty of the new cases reported today were in the age group of 5-18 year olds. There has been 102 (+3) deaths in Montgomery County due to the virus.

T H I R T Y   S I X    news cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus have been reported in Christian County Kentucky. The total is at 3,480. There have been forty deaths in Christian County Kentucky due to the virus.

Nashville-Davidson County now has 50,108 confirmed cases of COVID-19 Coronavirus. That is an increase of 1,032 cases from Saturday’s 49,076. There have been 475 (+5) deaths in Davidson County due to the virus.

According to John Hopkins University there are now a total of 16,136,675 confirmed cases of the COVID-19 Coronavirus in the United States. That is an increase of 170,179 cases in 24 hours from Saturday’s 15,966,496. There have now been 298,569 deaths in the United States connected to COVID-19 Coronavirus. This is an increase of 1,774 deaths from Saturday’s 296,795.

COVID-19 Symptoms

Most patients with confirmed COVID-19 Coronavirus infection have mild respiratory illness with fever, cough and shortness of breath. A smaller number of patients have severe symptoms requiring hospitalization.
