Come Outside and Play during Spring Break Week at Nature Station

Land Between the LakesGolden Pond, KY – Looking for something to do with the children over spring break? Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area offers a variety of exciting events for all ages during Spring Break Week at Nature Station.

Spring break is a great time to visit Woodlands Nature Station (NS), located in the north end of LBL. “Come out and enjoy our wildlife programs and outdoor activities. Our unique programs are designed for families looking for fun and exciting things to do with their children during spring break,” said Carrie Szwed, Public Programs Coordinator for NS. “These programs offer family outdoor excitement, while providing valuable learning experiences.”

Programs offered during Spring Break Week at Nature Station include:

Purchase an LBL Fun Card this spring for discounted general admissions to our day-use facilities. Fun Cards with 10 visits are $30.00 and can be used at The Homeplace, Golden Pond Planetarium, and Nature Station in any combination of visits. During special events, when additional fees are charged for admission, the Fun Card may be used toward the total admission cost. The cardholder simply pays the difference for either an adult or child admission for the special program.
