AAANashville, TN Motorists are seeing steady discounts at the gas pump. Tennessee gas prices have declined the last 12 consecutive days for a total of 7 cents.

During the past week, the state average dropped 5 cents. Sunday’s state average of $2.34 is 1-cent less than a month ago, yet 27 cents more than this time last year.

AAANashville, TN Energy prices took a nosedive on the stock market last week and gas prices are declining as a result.

 Tennessee gas prices declined 2 cents during the past week. Sunday’s state average of $2.39 is 9 cents less than a month ago and 34 cents more than this time last year.

Clarksville-Montgomery County continues to have Second Lowest Gas Prices in Tennessee

AAATampa, FL Gas prices increased across most of the country during the past week, yet states in the southeastern U.S. still have some of the cheapest prices in the nation. 

Tennessee gas prices increased 6 cents during the past week. The state average of $2.34 is 10 cents more than a month ago, and 20 cents more than this time last year.

AAA says Gas Prices Heading for Seasonal Slide

AAANashville, TN Gas prices have held relatively steady, during the first seven days of the year. Tennessee gas prices averaged $2.28 on Sunday. The state average is 2 cents more than a week ago, and is 13 cents more than this time last year. 

Prices at the pump remain elevated due to strong oil prices. WTI settled above $62.00 a barrel last week, for the first time since December 2013, as global supply levels tighten.

Clarksville-Montgomery County has the 2nd Least Expensive Gas Prices in Tennessee

AAANashville, TN – Oil prices reached new heights, causing a bump in the road for falling gas prices. Tennessee gas prices climbed nearly a full cent overnight. The state average is $2.24, after rising 2 cents during the past week.

During the past 8 days, the needle has pointed up for gas prices in Tennessee, although the state average has only risen 2 cents during that time. On Christmas Day, the state average of  $2.23 was 14 cents more than the year before, and the highest price for the holiday in three years.

AAANashville, TN Motorists may see higher gas prices this week, after oil and wholesale gasoline prices made solid gains last week. 

Tennessee gas prices rose for the sixth consecutive day on Sunday, snapping a 50-day streak of declines that resulted in a total discount of 35 cents. Gas prices averaged $2.28 on Sunday.

Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance - TDCINashville, TN – The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) reminds consumers that Open Enrollment for insurance coverage on the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) begins November 1st, 2017. As the enrollment period is shorter than in years past, Tennesseans are strongly encouraged to review their options and begin preparation for the new policy year.

Tennessee consumers will have access to marketplace coverage for 2018 no matter where they live. However, consumers in 79 of 95 counties will only have one carrier option.

Clarksville-Montgomery County has Third Highest Gas Prices in Tennessee

AAANashville, TN The steady stream of declining gas prices continued last week.  However, the rate at which prices are declining is beginning to slow, and pump prices should soon level out. 

Tennessee gas prices declined for the 49th consecutive day on Sunday, for a total discount of 34 cents. The state average only declined 2 cents last week. That is a stark contrast to previous weeks, where the total decline was 7-10 cents.

AAANashville, TN Gas prices keep falling in the southeast. Tennessee gas prices dropped another 4 cents during the past week. The state average has declined the last 42 consecutive days for a total of 32 cents. 

Gas prices are averaging $2.27 cents in Tennessee. Despite the recent downward trend, the state average remains 13 cents higher than pre-Hurricane Harvey levels. The metro areas with the largest weekly discounts in the state were in Cleveland (-10 cents), Chattanooga (-9 cents), and Kingsport-Bristol (-5 cents).

Clarksville-Montgomery County has Second Highest Gas Prices in Tennessee

AAATampa, FL Tennessee gas prices averaged $2.31 per gallon on Sunday, after dropping 8 cents during the past week. The biggest weekly discounts were seen in Cleveland (-12 cents), Johnson City (-12 cents), and Chattanooga (-10 cents) 

The state average has declined for 35 consecutive days, falling a total of 28 cents during that time. Although Tennessee gas prices are 27 cents less than a month ago, the state average remains 19 cents higher than this time last year.
